Modular Design: feather-touch-key control in the customized LED keypad under twin main recorders. With computer, Graphic User Interface is taken based on WIN 95/98/NT. And the students name, number and class name can be saved and shown in the seat buttons.
Expanding Teaching Methods with RS-232C Control: Because connected computer has an RS-232C interface, it has the availability to expand the usage and to be upgraded. Not only as a language laboratory, but also as a multi-purpose classroom, computer assisted classroom, etc.
Multiple Selection for Interface Language: more than three kinds of language can be selected as interface language.
Program Monitoring/Control: the instructor can monitor each program to each group during transmitting through headset.
Media Controller: the teacher can control the playback, REC and other functions of two main recorders, peripheral media players like DVD, VCR and so on.
Program Selection/Assign: enables students to choose one of four audio transmitting programs. The teacher can assign one of them for the entire class or/and transmit the playing program to room speaker. For AV program, teacher can transmit two channels for students' selection in video distribution is equipped.
Speak to All or Parts: the instructor address to the whole class, each group or individual(s) and answer the call(s) from students by sequence.
Free Talk (Conference): The teacher can communicate with some or all students in the class. And each student can talk freely like a conference.
Auto Scan Monitor /Model Voice: The teacher can monitor student's practice by auto scan or selection without his knowledge. The lapse period for each student could be adjusted easily under the status of auto scan monitoring.
Mix Call: the teacher can mix a vocal instruction for students during program transmission.
Four Kinds of Test and Analysis: Random Test: the teacher can evaluate each student's understanding by giving quick multiple choice quizzes. The answers from students can be analyzed by the way of curve, points and so on. Correct answers can be of feedback to students if their units are equipped with LCD; Free Test and Analyzing: the teacher can evaluate each candidate's capability for the test with questions up to 100. Control to Students' Tape Recorders: the teacher can control the play, REC or other function of all, group or individuals of student tape recorders.
Under Channel Recording: the teacher can assign a channel for students to record while the students can listen to program from other channel.
Pair Intercom /Group/Model: the teacher can take some student(s) voice as model for entire class or pairing or grouping the entire class for doing the practice of language drill.
On-Line Help: in every operational interface, there is on-line help information to guide further operation.
Roll Call: The teacher can check the attendance situation of the students.
